Report: Frank Lampard left really frustrated by what Graham Potter did to £10m Chelsea player
Reports have claimed that Frank Lampard has been left frustrated by Graham Potter’s decision to leave Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang out of the Chelsea Champions League squad.
According to LondonWorld, the interim boss is annoyed that he is unable to utilise the experienced striker, even if it is in a role off the bench.
The 33-year-old was the victim of one player needing to be left out of the European squad in order to include three new signings to compete in the knockout stages.

This is despite the former Arsenal and Barcelona man being their joint top scorer in the competition up to that stage, following goals in both crucial games against AC Milan.
Lampard showed his intentions to reuse Aubameyang in his time at Stamford Bridge, with him being used off the bench in his first game in charge against Wolves.
Lampard annoyed at Potter
Despite defeat for the Blues, the signs that the bad blood between player and manager appears to be a thing of the past can only be a good thing.
However, he will still not be able to be selected for European competition. In order for Enzo Fernandez, Joao Felix and Mykhailo Mudryk to be registered as members of the squad, a first team player had to be left out.

Potter’s relationship with the striker paled in comparison with Tuchel’s, who the signing seemed tailormade for.
The £10m man only played one game under the German before he was replaced by the former Brighton man, and then hardly saw the pitch again.
With goals being a glaring issue at the club right now, it would only seem right that the most experienced and recognised goalscorer at the club would be available for selection in the only real game of the season that matters at this stage.
