According to L’Equipe, Chelsea are interested in signing Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are reportedly in talks over a deal for the former Barcelona forward.
Manchester United and Newcastle United are also claimed to be keen on securing the services of the £606,000-a-week (SalarySport) 31-year-old.
Former Chelsea winger Willian played with Neymar for the Brazil national football, and the Fulham star believes that the PSG ace would flourish in the Premier League.
Willian told Stats Perform: ”Neymar, with the quality he has, performs anywhere. Wherever he goes in the world, he can easily perform with the quality he has, the talent he has.
“It would be really cool to see him playing in the Premier League. Wherever he goes, he has the necessary quality to be able to enjoy and play the beautiful football he knows.
“He has a place in any team in the world for his quality.”
