Report: Robert Sanchez was actually left crying after what Chelsea did last season
Reports have claimed that Robert Sanchez was left in tears by one thing Chelsea did last season.
According to the Daily Mail, the Blues left the 25-year-old gutted when they brought goalkeeping coach Ben Roberts over to Stamford Bridge when they sacked Thomas Tuchel.
Sanchez has now made his own move to Chelsea as the Blues looked for competition between the sticks. However, that soon may accelerate to him actually being the regular number one.

This is because his countryman, Kepa Arrizabalaga is currently being pursued to be the goalkeeper for this season at least at Bayern Munich.
While the 28-year-old is currently the club’s longest serving player, he has been said to be open at the prospect of moving to the Bundesliga champions.
It is said that manager Thomas Tuchel is behind the club’s interest in the Chelsea man, despite hardly actually playing him during their time together at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea made Sanchez cry by taking Roberts
Chelsea will be hopeful that Sanchez can get himself back to the level many saw just 12 months ago, when he was the number one option at Brighton.
Under Graham Potter, he was extremely successful and it has since emerged that a lot of that can be put down to his relationship with Roberts the goalkeeping coach.

Now, they are able to rekindle that relationship, and it has been said that the coach was big to convincing the club to go after Sanchez.
It is so far unclear as to whether the club will look to bring in another goalkeeper for competition if Kepa does leave. At this stage, it does look as if they are looking to strengthen other areas first.
One of these is notably in midfield, and they are looking back to Brighton to try and find an agreement over a transfer for Moises Caicedo.
