‘He said’: Cole Palmer shares what Mauricio Pochettino told Chelsea players before winning goal vs Man United
Chelsea hero Cole Palmer has now shared what Mauricio Pochettino told the players before they scored the winning goal against Manchester United last night.
He told BBC Sport that the manager got a message across to his players just before he struck the winning goal in the 101st minute.
Palmer wrote himself into Premier League folklore when he scored what was the latest winning goal in the history of the league against United.

The strike was his third of the night, and sent Stamford Bridge into raptures as they completed a memorable victory.
It looked as if they had thrown things away after going 2-0 ahead early on, however late drama was in store for everyone in West London.
Palmer shared just how crazy the game was, whilst also giving some insight into the message from Pochettino at the end of the game.
Pochettino told Chelsea players they had time
He said: “Crazy game. When we scored in the 98th minute I thought let’s go for it. Madness.
“I didn’t know what to do. I was running round when I scored. A hat-trick is a hat-trick. It was my first one, I’m really happy about it.
“I had a few penalties this season. I’m just going to continue to try to score them. If I get penalties, I’m going to try to score, I’m not going to try to miss.
“When we scored he [Pochettino] said two minutes, come on. He’s always trying to drive us on. We went for it and thankfully we scored.
“It’s a big winner. It’s a massive momentum booster. It puts everyone in a good mood. Hopefully we can kick on.”
Pochettino will have been under immense pressure before this game even started, and will therefore no doubt be relieved Palmer stepped up with yet more magic this season.
The boss however will not have the majoirty of the second half in particular lost on him though, when the Blues really struggled to get anything going and looked inept defensively.
There is no doubt plenty to work on before Sunday, when they are in action again against Sheffield United.
