‘A great signing’: Marc Cucurella urges Chelsea to sign £49m Euro 2024 star this summer
Marc Cucurella has enjoyed a serious turnaround in form recently as a Chelsea player.
Seemingly out of nowhere, the Spaniard was one of the more impressive players on the pitch as the Blues made a charge towards qualifying for European football next season.
Cucurella has continued this run of form at Euro 2024, establishing himself as one of the key players for a very hot Spain side.

His individual displays have no doubt surprised some, and the connection he has with one of his teammates has been remarkable.
Nico Williams has featured in the left-wing role ahead of Cucurella on the pitch, and has been one of the stars of the tournament so far.

Cucurella wants Chelsea to sign Nico Williams
The Chelsea man told Sport that he would love to see the youngster join him at Stamford Bridge.
He said: “It would be a great signing but it all depends on how he feels. I’d bet that he ends up at Chelsea.
“At the end of the day, everything depends on him. He’s very young, with a lot of mileage left & I think he’ll be a great player.”
Chelsea walk away from Michael Olise
The Blues do seem to be prioritising making a signing to bolster the attack at this stage, with their previous number one target being Michael Olise from Crystal Palace.
However, the financial aspects surrounding that deal made it difficult to pull off, and eventually saw the Blues walk away from the Frenchman.
It has already been reported that a move for Williams has the potential to run into similar problems, given the fact that he is on a very high wage at his current club.
News of wanting to sign a new winger is likely to be the kick into gear both Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke need.
The pair have not done enough to nail down a place in the first team since joining, and could be pushing towards last chance territory to do just that.
