Enzo Maresca gives £30m man his first start: Chelsea predicted XI vs Club America
Chelsea will no doubt be keen to get their first win on the board of what has been a pretty tough opening to the pre-season tour of the United States.
Another 90 minutes in the tank came at the expense of a 4-1 defeat to Celtic, where a host of errors saw the Blues comfortably second best.
There is still plenty of time to go until the real season gets underway though, and Enzo Maresca will look to continue to get his ideas across to his players against Club America.

Here’s The Chelsea Chronicle’s Predicted XI for Chelsea’s third pre-season friendly of the summer.
Chelsea predicted XI vs Club America
Despite the threat of an incoming Filip Jorgensen to his place in the side, Robert Sanchez will continue between the sticks for the Blues.
Reece James will look to get more minutes in the tank in what is likely to remain his new position of inverting into the midfield from full-back.
A rough defensive display last time out will see changes, and Tosin Adarabioyo will see himself return to the starting side.
Levi Colwill will shift to a more central role, where last season proved he is far more comfortable.
At left back, Renato Veiga will be handed his first start for the club after joining this summer.
Changes will be afoot in the middle of the park too, and Lesley Ugochukwu will start in the defensive role in the midfield.

There will be a first start for the club for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall after his injury problems that followed his £30m move.
Alongside him will be arguably the top performer of pre-season in Christopher Nkunku, who has scored in both games so far.
On the right, Noni Madueke will be finally looking to kickstart his pre-season campaign off with a top performance.
Opposite him will be Raheem Sterling, who has been waiting patiently for a start this summer.
Up front, the exciting Marc Guiu will be there in the absence of the injured Nicolas Jackson.
