Roy Keane predicts the result of Chelsea's trip to Bournemouth on Saturday night
Chelsea return after this month’s international break with a trip to the South Coast to play Bournemouth.
Chelsea travel to Bournemouth on Saturday night for a late 8pm kick-off in the Premier League.
The great news is that Blues talisman Cole Palmer is likely to be available for selection after withdrawing from the England camp during the international period. TalkSPORT claims that Chelsea attacker Palmer is set to be ready for Bournemouth, which is absolutely massive for the visiting team.
We don’t want the Blues to be relying so heavily on one player again like last year, but there’s no denying how special and influential Palmer is when he’s on the football pitch.

Roy Keane predicts Bournemouth vs Chelsea
Speaking on the Stick to Football podcast, Premier League legend Roy Keane has predicted the result of the weekend’s game between Bournemouth and Chelsea.
Interestingly, the former Manchester United star has gone with a 1-1 draw at the Vitality Stadium.
In fairness, there’s not been much between the clubs at the start of the 2024/25 campaign. There’s just a point between them at this early stage.

Chelsea desperate for first clean sheet
If there’s a standout area that Chelsea need to improve in the early weeks of the season, it’s quite clearly their defence.
Enzo Maresca’s side have conceded in all three league games so far, shipping five goals in total.
There’s some decent consistency in selection at the back with Wesley Fofana and Levi Colwill forming a new-look partnership in the heart of defence. Meanwhile, Robert Sanchez has regained his spot as the number one goalkeeper in-between the sticks after losing it in the second half of last season.
It would be a great time to get a first league clean sheet this Saturday versus Bournemouth.
