Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has led a sensational turnaround since taking his current job as manager of Coventry City.
Despite the Championship sides flirting with the relegation places when he took over, his side sit in the play-off spots with just one game of the season to go.
Coventry and Chelsea fans have been wowed by the impact Lampard has had, with him hoping he will be preparing for his second set of play-offs in the second division of English football.
His side have become accustomed to scoring late goals this season, with Lampard’s frenetic celebrations becoming a bit of a theme for the season.

Dasilva has been crucial to Lampard’s plans at Coventry this season, but he won’t be able to have a say on the final game of the season next weekend against Middlesbrough.
