Todd Boehly's Strasbourg make huge statement by beating Man United to wonderkid signing after Chelsea recommendation
With things going incredibly well for Chelsea as they approach their third campaign under new ownership, the same can also be said for sister club, Strasbourg.
Todd Boehly made the investment into the Ligue 1 side after taking over at Stamford Bridge, however faced backlash from their supporters upon his takeover.
Strasbourg fans regularly protested Boehly’s ownership, however will have begun to be won over after Liam Rosenior’s side qualified for European football next season.
They will be looking to follow Chelsea in winning the Conference League, and will have the services again of Mamadou Sarr after a loan deal has been agreed with the Blues.

As the only side younger than the Blues in Europe, they are obviously looking at exciting young players in the transfer market, and one of those has cropped up in the form of Tyrese Noubissie.
The 16-year-old is leaving Manchester City this summer, and the youngster has already taken to Instagram to say goodbye to the Premier League club.
As per TheSecretScout, Strasbourg are signing the youngster off the back of Chelsea’s recommendation, beating the likes of Manchester United to the addition.
He said: “Tyrese Noubissie (16) as expected to leave Man City’s Academy. However an interesting development as he heads to Strasbourg.
“Chelsea recruitment team recommended the move to Strasbourg as the best possible place for his next development. Was signed by Man City 2 years ago from Leicester. Bayer Leverkusen, Ajax, Manchester United and Frankfurt all tried to sign this summer.”

Who is Tyrese Noubissie?
The teenager has made six appearances for the French U16 side, joining City from Leicester in 2023 with high hopes.
His abilities are clear to see, and he made his debut in the U18 Premier League last season, despite being two years below the age range.
Noubissie will be hoping to replicate the levels which Andrey Santos reached during his campaign and a half with the Ligue 1 side.
The Brazilian is now ready to make a real impact with Chelsea next season, and the pathway is there for Noubissie in the coming years should he impress with Strasbourg.
