Chelsea fans want to sign Alejandro Garnacho's Manchester United teammate before transfer deadline day
Chelsea have been strongly linked with the signing of one Manchester United player before the end of the summer transfer window, however supporters would actually prefer his club teammate instead.
Alejandro Garnacho has been mentioned throughout the transfer window as a target of the Blues, with him clearly out of the plans at Old Trafford.
Garnacho has told friends he is joining Chelsea, and has reportedly turned down approaches from the likes of Bayern Munich due to his heart being set on a switch to Stamford Bridge.
If reports are to be believed, he is not the only United player who could be set to move away before the transfer window closes on September 1.

Chelsea fans want to sign Kobbie Mainoo from Manchester United
Kobbie Mainoo has also been linked with an exit, after not starting either of the first two Premier League games of the season under Ruben Amorim.
Chelsea have previously shown interest in Mainoo, with the immense talent he has shown at a young age a clear selling point for the midfielder.
Blues fans have now taken to social media to state that they would love to sign the England international this summer, some even stating they would prefer him ahead of Garnacho.
One user said: “Chelsea, please sign Mainoo.”
Another added: “Chelsea should be in for Mainoo instead of Garnacho.”
A third user stated: “About time Chelsea should drop the Enzo gimmick and sign Mainoo, before Bayern or PSG signs him.”
Finally, one user said: “Chelsea, place that Mainoo bid before the deadline day before United sack Amorim.”

Chelsea star is a big fan of Mainoo
Mainoo was a key player at the 2024 European Championships for England, although the nation were let down by the lack of playing Cole Palmer in the tournament.
The Chelsea man was full of praise for Mainoo at the conclusion of the competition, saying to GQ magazine: “He knows I think he was the best player at the Euros. And obviously what he’s doing for one of the biggest clubs in the world.”
The addition would no doubt be welcome to Palmer at Stamford Bridge, however the options Chelsea already have at the club would pose a question over the club’s planning.
Andrey Santos is now back at Stamford Bridge and looks set for key minutes, something that would hardly be on offer if Mainoo made the move.
