Report: Alejandro Garnacho tells friends he is joining Chelsea, Blues make feelings known
It has been widely reported that Chelsea are interested in signing Alejandro Garnacho this summer, and the player himself is very keen on the move too.
Garnacho has his heart set on a move to Stamford Bridge, however there is currently a gap in the valuation between the Blues and Manchester United that is getting in the way of a deal.
United value Garnacho around £50m, in tandem with the rough fee a number of other wingers have moved for this season, including Jamie Gittens.
It has been reported that player sales are important for Chelsea to be able to sign more players this summer. The likes of Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson and Renato Veiga are all being linked with moves away.

Chelsea tell Alejandro Garnacho to be patient as he tells friends he is moving to Stamford Bridge
Chelsea have offered players to Old Trafford in an attempt to get the figure down, however United are only interested in cash despite the player being completely out of their plans.
With him completely checked out in Manchester, TalkSPORT have reported that Garnacho has told his friends that he is expecting to be playing at Stamford Bridge next season.
Despite the Argentine’s desire to get going, the report goes on to say that Chelsea have instructed the player to bide his time, and be patient.
There are less than two weeks to go of the summer transfer window, and despite already bringing in Joao Pedro, Estevao Willian, Liam Delap and Jamie Gittens, they are hoping to not be done yet.

Chelsea want two more attackers this summer
As well as Garnacho, Chelsea have been strongly linked to Xavi Simons this summer, even agreeing personal terms with the RB Leipzig man.
However, the deal is reportedly hinging on Christopher Nkunku departing the club, with a number of big clubs interested in his signature.
Bayern Munich are expected to make an offer for Nkunku, after the Blues made it clear they were not willing to accept a loan offer for his services.
The addition of Garnacho and Simons would see Chelsea fulfil their goal of having two players able to play in every attacking position on the pitch, giving Enzo Maresca plenty of options to select from in what will be another stacked season.
