Chelsea's red card XI is almost complete with just two positions missing

Pedro Neto was the NINTH Chelsea player to be shown a red card this season after being booked twice against Arsenal on Sunday.

It means Chelsea are now just two red cards away from having a full XI of players to have been sent off!

And with defenders, midfielders and attackers having all been dismissed, it would be a very balanced XI. So here is every Chelsea player who has been shown red in the current campaign.

Goalkeeper: Robert Sanchez

Robert Sanchez was the first Chelsea player who was given his marching orders this season after being sent off against Manchester United.

Right-back: Malo Gusto

Malo Gusto received a red card against Nottingham Forest, and it was a needless one you would have to say. Chelsea were winning the game and comfortably.

Centre-back: Wesley Fofana

Before Neto, it was Wesley Fofana taking an early walk to the dressing room. He picked up two yellows in Chelsea’s 1-1 draw with Burnley.

Centre-back: Trevoh Chalobah

Trevoh Chalobah has arguably been Chelsea’s best centre-back this term. However, he was one of the team’s earliest offenders after getting sent off against Brighton & Hove Albion back in September.

Left-back: Marc Cucurella

Marc Cucurella completes the backline with his straight red in Chelsea’s west London derby versus Fulham.

Midfielder: Moises Caicedo

It is not too much of a surprise to see Moises Caicedo here. He commits a lot of fouls and was penalised for a very bad one against Arsenal earlier in the campaign.

Right winger: Pedro Neto

Neto joins Caicedo in getting sent off against Arsenal with his moment of madness on Sunday.

Attacking midfielder: Joao Pedro

Joao Pedro has been so good of late that most Chelsea fans have probably forgotten about the red card he was shown against Benfica in the Champions League.

Striker: Liam Delap

Constantly fouling and fighting defenders, Liam Delap is perfect for this XI. He has earned himself a spot after being cautioned twice during a Carabao Cup tie versus Wolverhampton Wanderers.

There you have it, an almost complete Chelsea red card XI! Now you just have to sit down and wait for Andrey Santos or Enzo Fernandez and another attacker to be sent off, which you would not rule out at this stage.
