Mykhailo Mudryk’s one-word response to if he is enjoying life at Chelsea after Tottenham loss
Mykhailo Mudryk has confirmed on Instagram that he is still happy at Chelsea despite the poor form of the club.
The Blues are currently on a run of two wins in their last 17 games, and it isn’t showing many signs of getting better at Stamford Bridge.
Their latest defeat will have been a painful one for supporters. They were well beaten by Tottenham on Sunday.
The result will only infuriate fans more about the state of the club, and in particular the man tasked with running things, Graham Potter.
The consensus amongst matchgoers is that he should be gone, however the owners are reportedly not considering that conclusion just yet.
Potter elected to start Mudryk on the bench on Sunday, despite the big money he moved to Stamford Bridge for.
Mudryk happy at Chelsea
The Ukrainian was expected for long periods of January to be moving to Arsenal last month, but he ended up making the move across London.
A troll took to Chelsea’s official Instagram to attempt to mock Mudryk, asking if he is still happy with the choice he made.
The 22-year-old simply replied: “Yes.”
For the players who joined Chelsea last month, they have been thrown into a situation which very few would have been able to make an impact on.
Reports have stated that they have already been stunned about the immediate pressure they have been put under, with the scenario being extremely toxic around the club right now.
The only real chance of turning things around at Chelsea is the Champions League, with them needing to overturn a 1-0 loss against Borussia Dortmund.
Mudryk will be able to feature in the crucial second leg, after he was included as one of the three new signings in the UEFA squad.
