Report: It's now very likely that Chelsea sign 23-year-old, it's 'difficult' to see him playing anywhere else
Reports from Spain have claimed that it is very likely that Chelsea sign Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid permanently at the end of this season.
According to Relevo-, it is becoming increasingly less likely for the 23-year-old to return to his parent club when his loan spell comes to an end.
The Portugal international has been arguably the most impressive of the numerous January additions that came to Stamford Bridge.

Alongside Enzo Fernandez, Felix has impressed to the level where he has been undroppable for Graham Potter in the time he has not been suspended.
The attacker was on the scoresheet at the weekend for the first time at Stamford Bridge, although his left footed strike wasn’t enough to pick up all three points against Everton.
Felix likely to join Chelsea
A lack of goals has not taken too much away from Felix’s performances though. Especially in the new three-back system, he has been a crucial member of the team when he has been able to play off someone in the striker position in Kai Havertz.
With how quickly he has settled to life in the Premier League, it may have been tough to remember for some supporters that he is not currently set to stay with the club beyond the end of this season.

However, Relevo- have claimed that initial conversations between the two sides make it difficult to imagine the Portuguese star playing anywhere other than Stamford Bridge next season.
It will remain a big task for whoever is in charge of the Blues next season to continue to fit in the array of attacking talent at their disposal, which is also set to be added to in the summer.
Christopher Nkunku is set to arrive at the end of this campaign, and has a very similar skillset to Felix.
