Photo: What Frank Lampard went and did to Chelsea's supporters at full-time after defeat last night
A photo has shown Frank Lampard raising his hands in encouragement towards Chelsea fans following their defeat to Arsenal last night.
The Blues were again humbled in the Premier League under the interim manager, losing 3-1 to the league leaders at the Emirates.
Things really looked like they were going to get out of hand at one stage, as they rapidly fell to a three-goal deficit before half-time.

With very few positives to take, a large section of the loyal travelling fanbase were gone at the break, however those that stayed were at least present for a more competent second half.
Noni Madueke got his first goal for the club as a consolation, with Lampard picking only him out as an individual for praise after the game.
It was a rare opportunity to show what he can do for longer than a few minutes last night for the England U21 international, who has surely put himself in line for more appearances this season.
Lampard has the tough job of trying to keep any sort of belief that this season can still finish strong at Stamford Bridge, and his antics towards the fans at the end can be seen as a rallying call.

Many of those supporters will have just been waiting for the new manager to be announced, and may even be beginning to grow concerned that it hasn’t yet been able to happen.
Reports have made Mauricio Pochettino the clear favourite for the job, with him likely to be taking over from the start of next season.
However, the length of time negotiations are taking combined with dire performances on the pitch are no doubt worrying some that the Argentine will be having second thoughts.
