PL side close in on signing replacement for their 27-year-old who reportedly could be joining Chelsea - Romano
Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Brentford goalkeeper David Raya is expected to leave his club this summer.
He took to Twitter to state that the West London club are closing in on his replacement, Mark Flekken, as sides such as Chelsea surround the Spaniard.
It has been known for some time that Raya was not planning on extending his contract with the Bees, despite what has been another stellar campaign in the top flight for them.

Led by the goals of fellow Blues target Ivan Toney, European football is still not out of the realms of possibility for them this season, with just a handful of games remaining.
A goalkeeper is a position Chelsea are reportedly very keen to strengthen this summer, given the uncertainty over both Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy.
The Spain international has been the first choice for the majority of the campaign, however has not escaped questioning for his part in a number of goals this season.
Raya expected to leave
Saturday saw a rare opportunity for Edouard Mendy to start between the sticks, however he certainly didn’t cover himself in glory in the 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest.
There is also reportedly no progress regarding a new contract for the Senegal international.
With interest in Raya known for a while now, it is interesting that Romano has claimed that he will be on the move for sure at the end of the season.

He said: “Brentford are in advanced talks to sign Mark Flekken — deal progressing to the final stages, as reported by Bild.
“€13m release clause to be activated once agreement on personal terms is completed. He’ll replace David Raya, expected to leave this summer.”
The 27-year-old would absolutely strengthen the Blues between the sticks, and form the start of a spine that will be crucial for Mauricio Pochettino.
