'From what I hear': 19-year-old Chelsea youngster will be in Pochettino's first-team next season - journalist
Journalist Matt Law has claimed that Mauricio Pochettino is already considering starting Andrey Santos next season.
He told the ‘London is Blue’ podcast that the teenager is going to be one of the midfield options in the first team for the upcoming campaign.
There have already been plenty of people at the club excited by the acquisition of Santos back in January.

Despite also bringing in Enzo Fernandez in that transfer window, some insiders are reportedly of the belief that their best acquisition was the Brazilian.
He has already made his debut for the national team at senior level, a showcase of just how promising his career is set to be.
His loan spell is now over and he is set to be part of the Chelsea side who start pre-season in just a few days.
Pochettino considering Santos
Now, Law has claimed that the new manager is already considering making Santos one of the first team options for a midfielder next season.
He said: “I think you need to take Andrey Santos into the midfield options from what I hear. I think there’s a real excitement – we’ve spoken about the fact there’s a real excitement around him – I think he’ll be round the first team squad and I think he’ll be challenging for a first team starting place.

“I think that’s how highly they see him and where they see his place in the squad this season. So I think he has to be named in the possibilities in that midfield.”
The Blues are currently a bit short on bodies in the midfield, after both N’golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic secured their own moves away.
They are currently looking to rectify the situation by attempting to sign the Ecuadorian Moises Caicedo.
