23-year-old Chelsea player drops major hint he is about to join pre-season tour of United States
Chelsea defender Reece James has now hinted that he is about to join up with the Blues squad for the pre-season tour of the United States.
The 22-year-old posted a story on Instagram saying “see you soon” with an American flag included in his caption.
There were real fears last week that James may be seeing his pre-season campaign disrupted already.

Reports had stated that he already had undergone a scan for precautionary reasons to see if an injury had potential to be worse than feared.
However, claims after suggested he was fine and good to go on the tour, but he was not spotted in the original travelling group with Mauricio Pochettino.
It later emerged that he had not gone with the bulk of the squad as a result of an illness he was carrying, a far better conclusion than another injury.
James about to join tour
Now, his Instagram story has given a more than large hint that he is about to join his teammates ahead of the Florida Cup.
Pochettino is now set for his first match as manager of the club when the Blues take on Wrexham tonight, and he will be keen to see in particular which young members of the squad impress.

There may be a few players played out of position too, especially with the extremities in depth in certain roles.
With four left-backs available for selection, there may be a desire to play at least one of them in a different role. This can be backed up by the Argentine featuring Ian Maatsen as a winger in open training.
James will be hoping to get up to speed with things to the point where he is ready to face the Premier League sides in the upcoming friendly.
