Mauricio Pochettino shares whether Cole Palmer will play for Chelsea today vs Forest
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has claimed that Cole Palmer is likely to be involved in some capacity for the Blues today against Nottingham Forest.
He told Football London in his pre-match press conference that the new signing has been involved in training already and is fit and ready to go today.
Palmer was the story of deadline day at Stamford Bridge, as he became the final player to join the club this summer.

He has certainly followed some top names. Moises Caicedo, Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku have all joined the club with a view to strengthening from last season.
The England U21 international was pushing breaking into the Manchester City team, with him looking impressive whenever he has been handed sporadic opportunities for them.
This was recently shown with his goals in the Community Shield and European Super Cup final earlier this season, where the likes of Erling Haaland were not stepping up.
Pochettino hints at Palmer minutes
He is now set for plenty more minutes at Stamford Bridge. Pochettino has now claimed that he could be involved from as early as today.
He said: “Yes, still we decided but I think today was good in training. He was involved in training and yes maybe he is involved tomorrow but still we haven’t decided.”

Chelsea will be looking to make it consecutive wins in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge, after their destruction of Luton last week.
The match against Forest will not be an easy one, with Steve Cooper’s side causing big problems already this season to both Arsenal and Manchester United.
There will be an early reunion with Chelsea and Callum Hudson-Odoi, after he completed his move to the Midlands yesterday.
