Report: Sources at Chelsea claim ‘world-class’ player has actually been telling Mauricio Pochettino how to play
Reports have claimed that Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has certainly been having his say in how Chelsea should be playing right now.
According to The Telegraph, the veteran defender has not been shy to tell managers at the club how he feels the club are best set to line-up.
Silva has certainly cut a disgruntled figure at times in what has started off as a mediocre season again at Stamford Bridge.

The Brazilian has started every game so far this campaign despite the fact that he has just turned 39 years of age. Pat Nevin previously described him as ‘world-class’.
He has featured alongside Axel Disasi for the most part, and while the duo have both looked strong there have been some major incidents that have cost the Blues.
There have been calls for the defender to be dropped at times, with Levi Colwill currently operating a makeshift left-back role while Ben Chilwell has moved forwards.
Silva telling Pochettino how to play
Silva’s high standards have come from playing at the top for a long time now, and he is now finding himself featuring as part of an extremely young side.
However, it has now been claimed that there are thoughts at the club that he is actually directly telling managers how they should be lining the side up.

This season, that is the job of Mauricio Pochettino, and he has not got off to the ideal start despite what was promised from a successful pre-season.
Last week did at least see the Argentine start a recognised left winger on the pitch instead of Chilwell there, and Mykhailo Mudryk impressed in the first half before being subbed off.
All eyes will be on Stamford Bridge on Sunday when the Blues host Aston Villa.
