Report: Graham Potter now linked with league-winners manager's job months after being sacked by Chelsea
Reports have claimed that Graham Potter is on the shortlist for his first job in European football after being sacked as Chelsea manager.
According to Foot Mercato, the Englishman is one of the candidates being considered to take the role if Rudi Garcia is sacked following his tough start of the season.
Potter is yet to return to management after his time at Stamford Bridge came to an unceremonious end last season.

He was hired off the back of Todd Boehly’s demands to bring him in to replace Thomas Tuchel.
While things got off to a really positive start, particularly in Europe, it eventually saw Chelsea plummet down the table to an untenable position.
A defeat at home to Aston Villa was the final straw for the Englishman, as Frank Lampard came in to oversee the final games of the season with what was a broken squad.
Potter considered for Napoli job
A return in Italy would see him take over with the Serie A champions, although they have struggled greatly this season already.
They sit in 5th in the league, already seven points behind leaders AC Milan after just eight games of the season.

If Potter was to take that job, he would be linking up with one of Chelsea’s biggest transfer targets, for now at least.
Victor Osimhen has had very public problems with the club so far this season, and this has left Chelsea keeping tabs on his future.
However, if Potter could get him firing he could oversee a turnaround at Napoli, if he is handed the job that is.
