'He has everything': Micah Richards now suggests £45m Chelsea man is the complete player
Former Manchester City player Micah Richards is a huge fan of one Chelsea star.
Chelsea have a squad of talented individuals, including the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Thiago Silva and Cole Palmer.
And speaking on the The Rest Is Football, Micah Richards had high praise for the last of that trio.
It is not a surprise, as Palmer has been in incredible form this season. In total, the attacker has come up with 12 goal contributions in 16 Premier League outings.
Chelsea signed the 21-year-old from City in a deal worth £45m in total (Evening Standard) last summer.
Micah Richards thinks Cole Palmer has everything
In Palmer, Richards believes Chelsea could have the complete footballer.
On the England international, he said: “He has everything, the way he controls the ball, he looks up, he’s not afraid to get on the ball even when it’s not going right, he can press now as well, if I was picking the squad [for Euros] he has to go in.”

Right now, Palmer does look like the full package. He is offering so much to Chelsea’s attack.
The former City man is scoring and creating goals. That is what you want from your forward players.
Hopefully he can keep it up. His performances are probably the only thing that are preventing Chelsea from slipping into the bottom half of the table, with the team currently sitting 10th in the Premier League standings.
And if Palmer does manage to sustain this form, then perhaps he will end up going to the Euros this year with England.
His team-mate Noni Madueke has also been praising him, with the winger describing Palmer as a “great player” after Chelsea’s 3-2 win against Luton Town over the weekend in which he scored twice and provided an assist.
