Report: Mauricio Pochettino wants to use 21-year-old Chelsea player more this month before making big signing
Reports have claimed that Mauricio Pochettino has been keen to use one Chelsea player more this month.
According to the Evening Standard, the manager wants to see more from Armando Broja before he authorises the Blues signing a big striker in the coming transfer windows.
Broja has struggled to establish himself as the starting option up front this season, despite seemingly making a regular return from a long-term injury.

This is despite Nicolas Jackson hardly setting the world alight since his transfer over the summer.
Supporters at Stamford Bridge have begun to let the Senegal international know they are wanting more from him, which has seen the manager come out and defend him in recent weeks.
With Jackson now heading off to represent his country at the African Cup of Nations, the opportunity is surely now there for Broja to impress and nail down more regular minutes.
Pochettino wants to give Broja a chance
It has now been claimed that the 21-year-old is going to get an opportunity to impress before the Blues spend big on a number nine.
It has been no secret a striker is a priority at Stamford Bridge, however they are seeming to want to wait until the perfect opportunity arises before doing so.
The reported favourite for the addition is Victor Osimhen from Napoli. However, his recent new contract makes that deal near enough impossible to do in January.
It is widely believed that the Nigerian international is the number one choice for Pochettino and Todd Boehly alike, and would probably see the Blues smash their transfer record for the third time in 18 months.
Therefore, this is a period of games that Broja simply has to make the most out of, with him surely on the chopping block if he fails to make an impact in the various upcoming cup competitions.
