‘I love’: Enzo Maresca says he is a massive fan of the way ‘sensational’ Chelsea man plays
Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has been full of praise for one of this players ahead of the climax of their tour of the United States.
The Italian has actually enjoyed a mixed start to life in charge of the club, picking up just one win in the four games he has been in charge of.
It doesn’t get any easier in the days running up to the start of the season either, with a game against Real Madrid awaiting Maresca’s men tonight.
The Italian will likely have a really good idea who will be in the side that takes on Manchester City at Stamford Bridge in less than two weeks’ time.
Of all the positions that could well still be up for grabs, one player who will almost certainly be named in the starting side that day is Moises Caicedo.

Maresca a huge fan of Moises Caicedo at Chelsea
Despite his late join up with the side out in the United States, Maresca told journalist Ben Jacobs that he was such a big fan of the Ecuadorian’s playstyle.
He said: “I love Moi. I have known him for many years. I know the way he plays. Before the City game he had just one session and a half. He had 45 minutes against City. The idea is to build his physical condition a little. We need him fit for the first game.”
Caicedo grew into last season as the weeks went on, and was described as ‘sensational’ during his debut campaign in West London.

Places that are more up for grabs are the ones around him in the middle of the park, with it unclear at the moment who will be handed a start.
Romeo Lavia has been one of Chelsea’s most impressive players during the tour, and if he can stay fit looks set to be in for a breakout season.
However, he is already competing for minutes with the likes of Enzo Fernandez and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who joined the club this summer from Leicester City.
