The two signings Chelsea still want to make after Samu Omorodion joins the club - journalist
Chelsea have enjoyed another fruitful and busy transfer window as they look to try again with a new manager at the helm.
This time it is Enzo Maresca in charge, with the Italian just days away from going into his first season as a Premier League manager.
It looks as if it has been decided that more reinforcements are needed after watching his side pick up just one win so far in pre-season.

Samu Omorodion looks set to join the club from Atletico Madrid, with that deal somewhat in tandem with Conor Gallagher leaving the Blues.
However, it has now been claimed that won’t be it as far as Chelsea are concerned. Journalist Liam Twomey has stated that the Blues are still keen on another two attackers after the Spaniard comes in.
Chelsea want two attackers after Samu Omorodion
He told The Athletic’s Football Podcast: “Samu Omorodion is coming in as a second or third choice option to compete / cover with Nicolas Jackson because The Athletic has been told Chelsea want TWO more attacking signings.
“They would like the number 9 to be Victor Osimhen and they would like a wide forward / winger, I think operating from the left.”
Chelsea looking at Victor Osimhen
Victor Osimhen has been a target for the club for over a year now, with him thought to be Todd Boehly’s number one priority before the transfer window started.
However, it appeared new manager Maresca was not so sure he would suit his style, and Chelsea instead looked elsewhere to strengthen their side.
Now, the possibility of a deal on far better terms for Chelsea has cropped up later in the window, seeing them potentially return to the scene.
As far as potential wingers go, the Blues have already been strongly linked with the addition of Nico Williams, who stars from the left.
While it looks as if he’ll be staying in Spain for this year at least, there may be a real battle to bring him in at the end of this season which Chelsea will want to be involved in.
