'We have been clear': Manager of European giants claims £54m player isn't in his plans amid Chelsea links
One player who Chelsea have recently been linked with looks fully available after his manager confirmed that he is not in the club’s plans.
Chelsea continue to be linked with a host of attackers, both strikers and wingers. For example, there has been a lot of talk about Napoli’s Victor Osimhen potentially moving to west London before the transfer window closes.
Napoli want Romelu Lukaku and £60m and if they get that from Chelsea, then Osimhen joining the Blues could happen.
There has also been speculation surrounding Chelsea and Federico Chiesa as he continues to be heavily linked with a move away from Juventus.
Now into the final year of his contract, Chiesa is almost certain to leave the Allianz Stadium this summer.

Thiago Motta confirms Federico Chiesa is not part of Juventus’ plans
Chelsea have spoken to Chiesa’s agent about a potential move to Stamford Bridge before the transfer window closes.
If the Blues want to go that far and bring Chiesa in, it looks like Juventus would have no problems with selling to them, with manager Thiago Motta making it clear that he has no future at the club.
Speaking about the Italian on Saturday, Motta said: “Chiesa and all the other players not called up for today’s game are NOT part of the project.
“We have been clear with them, they have to find new solution and new club as soon as possible.”
Juventus signed Chiesa from Fiorentina for £54m, but now into the final year of his contract, they will not get anything close to that for him.
Chelsea to put their faith in Raheem Sterling and Mykhailo Mudryk
With it still being early August, it is not impossible that Chelsea add another winger to Enzo Maresca‘s squad.
However, the new Chelsea manager recently said something interesting about Raheem Sterling following the Blues’ 4-2 loss to Manchester City.
Maresca described Sterling as an “important” player for Chelsea. The Blues have also invested a lot of money in Mykhailo Mudryk, who is still only 23.
When you consider all of that, Chelsea may decide to just go with Sterling and Mudryk again instead of signing another left winger like Chiesa, though it is worth noting that the 26-year-old can also play as a right winger and second striker.
