Report: Behdad Eghbali was behind 'unbelievable' player's Chelsea exit
Chelsea managed to offload a lot of their unwanted players during the summer transfer window.
For example, Raheem Sterling, Romelu Lukaku and Kepa Arrizabalaga were just a few names that Chelsea managed to shift.
Sterling and Kepa have only left on loan, though, so there is a possibility of the two returning to Stamford Bridge next summer.
However, with the club possessing a lot of attacking and goalkeeping options, they are unlikely to remain in west London. Arsenal could decide to keep Sterling after the winger was pushed out of Chelsea.

Behdad Eghbali behind Raheem Sterling’s move to Arsenal
A lot has been said about Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali in recent days. On Monday, it was claimed that Eghbali is “obsessed” with player trading.
At Chelsea, Eghbali has proven to be quite a hands-on owner, with the 48-year-old heavily involved in Sterling’s move to Arsenal.
In fact, according to talkSPORT, Sterling’s switch to the Gunners on loan was driven by Eghbali.
The outlet claims that Arsenal are paying just 30 per cent of the 29-year-old’s wages, but that does not appear to be an issue for Eghbali, who seemingly sanctioned the deal.
Behdad Eghbali will want Raheem Sterling gone for good
Sterling is not a bad player. “He was unbelievable at the time we were together [at Manchester City],” Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was quoted as saying by The Guardian when speaking about the England international.
However, at Chelsea, it has just not worked out, hence why the Blues have allowed him to join their London rivals.
According to Spotrac, Sterling’s Chelsea contract is worth £325,000 a week, which is way too much money for a player who has failed to deliver consistently at the club.
With that in mind, Eghbali and Chelsea will surely be looking to offload Sterling permanently next summer.
At present, Enzo Maresca has Cole Palmer, Jadon Sancho, Pedro Neto, Noni Madueke and Mykhailo Mudryk in his squad. Even if the Blues were not against the idea of keeping hold of Sterling, there is no room for the former City star anymore.
