'You can see': Moises Caicedo makes claim about his relationship with Chelsea teammate Enzo Fernandez
Moises Caicedo has been discussing in a recent interview his relationship with Chelsea teammate Enzo Fernandez.
Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo, 22, is a key player at Stamford Bridge in midfield, starting every Premier League match so far this season. Gary Cahill predicted Caicedo would come good for the Blues, and he’s certainly found his feet to impress during his second year at the club.
Meanwhile, Enzo Fernandez is another regular starter in the centre of the park. The 23-year-old central midfielder may still be trying to find his best form in Enzo Maresca’s system, though.
When you look around the Chelsea squad, it’s vital that Maresca gets the best from the high-profile midfield pairing.

Moises Caicedo on Enzo Fernandez link-up
Caicedo thinks his relationship on the pitch with Fernandez is only getting stronger with the more games they play together.
“Enzo and I get along very well, we talk, you can see it on the pitch, we are getting along better, we are playing more games together,” Caicedo told ESPN Ecuador.
Watch out for Romeo Lavia
There’s signs that the Caicedo-Fernandez pivot in midfield can work wonders, both are supremely gifted footballers. But there’s other times when Chelsea still look a bit unbalanced in and out of possession.
Our warning to the duo is to watch out for the emergence of Romeo Lavia.
When fit, Lavia has looked like a superb option for the Blues midfield. However, the 20-year-old’s main issue is keeping himself available for selection.
The Belgian talent returned to the matchday squad in the couple of games before the international break, so he’s overcome his latest hamstring problem.
If there continues to be bumps in the road for Caicedo and Fernandez as a combination, we expect Lavia to push very hard to force his way into the starting line-up.
