Mikel Arteta makes claim about playing Chelsea straight after Arsenal lost in the Champions League
The Premier League fixtures get no easier for Chelsea in the coming weeks as they prepare to welcome Arsenal to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues will first have to navigate the challenge of facing Noah in the Conference League, where Enzo Maresca is expected to make wholesale changes to his starting side.
Chelsea will have one less day to recover after Arsenal lost last night 1-0 in the Champions League to Inter Milan at the San Siro.

Mikel Arteta says Arsenal can beat Chelsea on Sunday
The Gunners are actually a while without a win in the league, however will be looking to turn that around at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Despite what many would see as an underwhelming performance in Italy, Mikel Arteta remains confident in his side’s chances of winning the London derby.
He said: “The team responds like that, the team plays the way we play tonight here, we can go to Chelsea and we can win.”
Maresca will be hoping to claim his first big scalp as Chelsea manager when the two sides meet at the weekend, with him so far unable to beat Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Will Cole Palmer be fit for Chelsea to face Arsenal?
The manager will be sweating on the fitness of Cole Palmer after he was left in pain following a foul from Lisandro Martinez during last weekend’s draw.
Maresca has stated he is hopeful Palmer will be fit, although admitted that it could be seen as a risk if he does decide to start him.
Palmer is yet to be seen in training this week, although was never going to be involved in the Conference League tonight due to not being named in the squad for the group stages of the competition.
Despite a number of quality players such as Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku waiting to take his place if required, there would be no greater loss to the Chelsea side than Palmer.
