Chelsea fans have bold predictions for what will happen if they sign Jhon Duran in January, ‘the missing piece’…
Chelsea have been linked again with signing a new striker who would be competing for a starting spot at Stamford Bridge straight away.
The Blues have been linked with the addition of Jhon Duran this month, with talks ongoing between Chelsea and Aston Villa over a number of other deals at the moment.
Axel Disasi has reportedly agreed personal terms with Villa over a potential loan deal for the rest of the season, with him very much out of the current plans at Stamford Bridge.

Unai Emery is also reportedly a big fan of Joao Felix, with them weighing up completing a deal to bring in the Portugal international this month.
Chelsea have reportedly brought up getting Duran as a result of these talks, and it is hard to argue that he wouldn’t be an upgrade on the goalscoring options they currently have.
Blues fans have taken to social media to share the same opinion, with them believing the Colombian striker is the man who could complete their side.
One user said: “If Chelsea signs Jhon Duran, the sporting directors that this fanbase has harassed for weeks will be owed some serious apologies.
“They won’t receive these apologies because this fanbase is full of ignorant cowards with no influence. But they will still be owed apologies!!!!”
Another added: “If you’re serious about wanting to win NOW instead of 10 years’ time you slap down the money for Duran and keep it moving.”
A third stated: “Pedro Neto – Jadon Sancho – Noni Madueke – Reece James – Cole Palmer All playing the ball into Jhon Duran… That, mixed with Nicolas Jackson’s qualities, which complement each other REALLY well. Do the right thing, Chelsea.”
Another claimed: “Duran a pivotal signing for us right now in the project. If we finish this season strong the momentum will carry us into summer market and into next season. It’ll also get players outside of Chelsea excited about what we’re doing. Right now, young players prob tentative.”

Which other strikers could Chelsea sign?
Duran is not the only striker Chelsea have been linked to this month, with a number of names being potential options this month.
Liam Delap has been frequently mentioned as near the top of their list, however Ipswich are desperate to keep hold of him in order to maintain their place in the Premier League.
The real potential candidate for a move in January is Mathys Tel, who they registered an interest in signing earlier this month.
It has now been claimed that Tel has decided he wants to leave Bayern Munich this month, with Christopher Nkunku a candidate to go the other way.
