Tosin Adarabioyo receives hilarious messages from Jadon Sancho and seven Chelsea teammates after FA Cup goals

Chelsea picked up their first win in five games with a routine victory against Morecambe on the weekend.

Chelsea produced an accomplished team performance to win 5-0 against League Two opposition in the third round of the FA Cup.

The Blues squad looks incredibly strong this season in most departments, so it’s no real surprise that a team consisting of 10 changes from a week ago still functioned quite impressively.

Chelsea’s biggest winners included Enzo Maresca, who watched his side pick up their first win in five games. Hopefully, it gives the team a lift going into Tuesday night’s Premier League fixture at home to Bournemouth.

Tosin Adarabioyo receives hilarious Instagram messages from Chelsea teammates

Chelsea centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo, 27, made it a memorable performance from himself by scoring two goals.

Remarkably, the central defender scored two goals from outside the box versus Morecambe, even though one effort was deflected in.

Tosin reacted with an Instagram post to his two-goal heroics in the FA Cup. He’s received some hilarious responses in the comment section from Jadon Sancho, along with seven other Chelsea teammates.

It’s fair to say that the 6ft 5in defender doesn’t score too often, so the fact he fired in two strikes from distance against Morecambe was astonishing.

Tosin Adarabioyo’s senior club career

Chelsea immediately liked Tosin in pre-season after arriving at the club last season.

When you consider he was a free transfer, his signing has been a bit of a masterstroke. The former Fulham star should be pleasantly surprised with 17 appearances across all competitions so far this term.

Levi Colwill needs to find goalscoring trait

When it comes to goalscoring centre-halves, Chelsea had one of the best ever when club icon John Terry was enjoying his playing career. He finished with 67 goals in 717 appearances for the Blues.

It’s always extremely useful when your starting centre-back is good to chip in with five goals per season, something Arsenal are enjoying right now with Gabriel Magalhaes.

Chelsea defender Levi Colwill, 21, is now an automatic starter in the heart of the club’s defence. While he’s clearly a super talent doing a great job in the side, the youngster can still improve massively as he grows with more experience.

In particular, we’d love to see Colwill become a much bigger goal threat. His record of one goal in 51 Chelsea first-team appearances is pretty poor, especially when you consider his big frame.
