Brazil World Cup winner says whether he thinks Chelsea signing Estevao Willian can actually adapt to English football
Brazilian youngster Estevao Willian is set to play for Chelsea in the Premier League next season.
Chelsea agreed a deal to sign Estevao from Palmeiras last year, but the winger was not able to officially join the club at the time, as he was still 17.
However, Estevao turns 18 in April, meaning that he can link up with the Chelsea first team in the summer ahead of the 2025/26 season.
It is the same situation for Kendry Paez, who has already been training at Cobham as he prepares to join up with the Blues’ senior squad after the conclusion of the current campaign.

Denilson confident Estevao Willian will adapt to English football
Despite still being a teenager and not stepping outside of Brazil yet, Chelsea fans have a faith in Estevao.
And it is no different with former Brazil international and World Cup winner Denilson, who is confident that his compatriot can be a success in the Premier League.
Speaking about Estevao in an interview with AS, Denilson said: “Endrick will be one of them [next big Brazilian talent] , but I’m excited about Estevao, who is going to Chelsea. English football has changed, and his style will adapt well. He’s intelligent, a great dribbler and has a goal. He’s a great signing.”
Understandably, there is a lot of excitement about Estevao. He is already a Brazil international and has secured a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs at a very young age.
During the January transfer window, Chelsea were linked with several wingers, including Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho.
But it has been claimed that Chelsea did not sign Garnacho or another wide man because of Estevao’s imminent arrival.

Estevao Willian has just emulated Neymar feat
Estevao just helped Palmeiras to beat Sao Bernardo 3-0, scoring two goals in his side’s victory.
It means that Estevao is the first Brazilian to register 30 goal contributions before turning 18 since Neymar, as per DataFut.
It shows just how much potential the young attacker has. If Chelsea can help him to fulfil it, then one day, you could be looking at one of the best players in the Premier League.
The Blues will now just be hoping that he does not get injured between now and the end of the season. Palmeiras play on an artificial pitch, with such pitches having a reputation for being responsible for injuries.
