Andoni Iraola to Chelsea update with Bournemouth manager’s ‘dream’ revealed
Chelsea-linked Andoni Iraola is desperate to continue his management career in the Premier League when his time in charge of Bournemouth comes to an end.
Iraola is set to leave Bournemouth this summer after an impressive campaign that could still see them qualify for European football for the first time in their history.
The vacancy which has come up at Stamford Bridge as a result of Liam Rosenior’s sacking, and Behdad Eghbali reportedly wants to bring Iraola into the club.

The Blues are not expected to make any moves until the end of the season, which could work brilliantly in terms of timing with the Spaniard.
Fabrizio Romano has stated that Iraola has a desire to continue managing in the Premier League, although Chelsea at this stage have not moved forward with their negotiations at this time.
He said: “My understanding is that the name of Andoni Iraola is linked with English jobs. Iraola would love to continue in the Premier League, and have the opportunity to coach a top club in England. Iraola has this dream to carry on.
“This is why he’s linked with Chelsea, but my understanding at the moment, still nothing advanced or decided.”
There were strong links with taking over at Athletic Club after his long playing career there, however it looks as if Edin Terzic is set for a move there at the end of the season.

A number of other current Premier League candidates have emerged as potential options for Chelsea. Eddie Howe and Marco Silva are reportedly on their list.
However, Xabi Alonso has emerged as a primary target for the Blues, with him out of work since his sacking from Real Madrid earlier this season.
Despite links to Liverpool from his playing days, it looks as if they are going to continue forward with Arne Slot in charge, clearing the path for Chelsea to approach him.
