Report: Chelsea may still sell five first team players in this transfer window, two of them faced Liverpool
Reports have claimed that Chelsea may still sell five first team players in this summer transfer window.
According to the Evening Standard, the club still may let Conor Gallagher and Ian Maatsen leave despite them being part of the matchday squad that faced Liverpool on Sunday.
Gallagher started the opening Premier League fixture last weekend and put in a really assured performance in midfield.

While he may have been overshadowed by a sensational performance by Enzo Fernandez alongside him in the middle of the park, the work put in by the England international should not go unnoticed.
Playing as the deepest of a fluid midfield two or three, the 23-year-old recovered the ball 10 times in what was a performance where his best was definitely on show.
Mauricio Pochettino also handed Maatsen his first competitive appearance for the club as a late substitute.
Chelsea may sell five more
The Dutchman had a really impressive pre-season over in the United States, and had seemingly convinced the manager that he should be a part of the first team squad.
However, both are reportedly on the brink of being sold this summer as Chelsea consider making even more player sales.

Alongside those two, it has been reported that Hakim Ziyech, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Trevoh Chalobah could be sold.
The English defender in particular played a lot of games for the club last season, and has been a reliable member of the squad in a position that has been plagued by injuries recently.
Despite an injury to Wesley Fofana which may keep him out for the whole season, a debut goal and dominant performance by Axel Disasi will not make it easy for him to fight back into the side.
