22-year-old Chelsea player simply didn’t take his chance yesterday in loss vs Everton – opinion
As the dust settles on another defeat in the North-West for Chelsea, the inquest will begin on individual performances that let the Blues down.
They were beaten 2-0 by Everton, with two second half goals being their downfall against a spirited Toffees side.
The game may in the coming days be overshadowed by the aftermath of a number of injury concerns the Blues now have to deal with.

Reece James was forced off the pitch in the first half, looking as if he is still yet to see the back of his injury concerns that have already plagued his career.
The reported hamstring issue left Mauricio Pochettino very glum in his post-match interviews.
Marc Cucurella also could be set for a spell on the sidelines, with the manager confirming his issue as well after the game.
Broja fails to take chance
Up front, the manager tried a new number nine for the game against Everton, with Armando Broja being given the nod in place of Nicolas Jackson.
It was only a third Premier League start of the season for the Cobham graduate, who has been forced to wait patiently on the sidelines for his opportunity.
While he battled and used his physicality yesterday, it is fair to say the striker did not grasp at the rare opportunity with both hands.
It likely will only fuel reports more that Pochettino is keen to look to the transfer market to solve his goalscoring woes, with a number of top players already linked with the move.
Victor Osimhen is the number one target, however signing him in January seems to be unlikely based on the financial aspect of that deal.
This could see them look to Ivan Toney, although they will be joined in interest there by a number of other top Premier League sides.
