'Amazing' player now has 30 goal contributions since leaving Chelsea last summer
Chelsea let some big attackers leave the club back in the 2023 summer transfer window.
Christian Pulisic, Kai Havertz and Mason Mount all left Chelsea, joining AC Milan, Arsenal and Manchester United respectively.
Mount’s move to United has not quite worked out because of injuries, but Pulisic and Havertz are flying at Milan and Arsenal.
The former recently scored against Liverpool in the Champions League, while the latter has three goals contributions in four Premier League games this season. Chelsea fans were really impressed with Pulisic following his display on Tuesday night.

Christian Pulisic’s impact at AC Milan
Milan signed Pulisic from Chelsea in a £20m deal, and he has proven to be a bargain so far.
The winger’s strike against Liverpool a few days ago means he has now been directly involved in 30 goals since joining Milan last summer.
No player in Serie A has managed more in that time, a feat shared by ESPN FC. Teammate Rafael Leao and Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez are also on 30.
Pulisic never really made that kind of impact at Chelsea, with the USA international often injured. In his final season at Stamford Bridge, he was only able to make eight starts in the Premier League and score one goal.
Nevertheless, Pulisic’s father denies that he was a failure during his time in west London. Cesar Azpilicueta, speaking to Chelsea’s official website in 2021, also labelled Pulisic an “amazing player”.
Chelsea could regret selling Christian Pulisic
If Pulisic continues to remain fit and score goals, then there could end up being some regret at Chelsea about selling the 26-year-old.
Mykhailo Mudryk, who arrived at Chelsea in 2023 and plays in Pulisic’s position on the left, has struggled in a blue shirt.
The Ukrainian attacker only managed to score five goals in the top flight last season and could find himself playing second fiddle to Jadon Sancho this term.
If Mudryk does come good or Sancho can revive his career at Chelsea, though, then there will be no regrets about Pulisic. If not, then some will start to question why the former Borussia Dortmund star was sold.
