AC Milan have decided they want to sign overlooked Chelsea star instead of Marcus Rashford in January - journalist
Serie A giants AC Milan have been the benefactors of a number of players sold by Chelsea over the last few years.
The likes of Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have been playing some of the best football of their careers since making the move to the Italian capital.
For this reason, it is clear why they are looking at the current crop who are not getting the minutes they desire under Enzo Maresca to give them a boost in January.

AC Milan want Joao Felix instead of Marcus Rashford
Milan have been reported to be interested in signing Christopher Nkunku, however he looks more likely to make the switch to Bayern Munich if he was to leave this month.
Another player they have been linked with signing is Joao Felix, who even though Cole Palmer was struggling with an injury on Monday still couldn’t start in the Premier League game against Wolves.
The Portugal international is not the only attacker the Champions League side are interested in bringing in. They have also been linked with a move for wantaway Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
However, journalist Florian Plettenberg has claimed that the Serie A side seem to have turned their attention away from the England attacker, and instead to Felix.
He said: “Understand AC Milan are now very interested in Joao Felix. Meanwhile, there is still no sign of a transfer for Marcus Rashford. Negotiations are complicated due to the massive financial package involved.”
Enzo Maresca told he should be playing Joao Felix more for Chelsea

Felix has had to wait for cup competitions to make the majority of his starts since making his return to Stamford Bridge.
| Joao Felix Premier League stats 24/25 | Total |
| Starts | 3 |
| Goals | 1 |
| Assists | 1 |
| Minutes played | 364 |
| Shots | 20 |
| Chances Created | 6 |
Chelsea legend John Obi Mikel has called for Maresca to start Felix more, with him making an impact in the limited time he has been afforded on the pitch.
It was reported that Maresca would have preferred to sign a defender rather than Felix, and the fact he has seen his minutes limited suggests that may well have been the case.
